Please send an email including all of the information below to tentatively 

reserve your chocolate fountain for your upcoming event (based on availability, 

first come, first served).  Your event is not 100% reserved until the $200 deposit is 

received.

A Courtesy Hold will be placed on your Event Date for 5 days until deposit 

and contract are received.  If another event requests your date and the 5 day tentative 

Courtesy Hold is expired, A Chocolate Celebration will give you 12 hours to send 

payment before securing the other event.
